Our Approach

WanderWork does not operate like a platform or a marketplace. We do not have a database of 500 creators available for whichever brief comes through the door.

We represent a small, curated roster of Indian voices — each selected because their content, their audience, and their personal credibility are the real thing. When a brand approaches us, we assess fit honestly. If our talent is not the right match, we say so.

We are a new agency. We do not pretend otherwise. The team comes from digital marketing and brand strategy backgrounds — including time at agencies like 22Feet Tribal and Dvio — and we built WanderWork because we kept seeing the same problem: good talent, bad briefs, no one in the middle who actually cared about the outcome.

We are fixing that. Slowly. With the right people on both sides of the table.

Arjun spent several years in digital brand strategy and social media marketing at some of India's most respected independent agencies before founding WanderWork. He built the agency after spending too many years watching good talent get mismatched with briefs that didn't fit — and brands pay for content that didn't convert. He handles all talent relationships and brand partnerships directly. He is based in Indiranagar, Bangalore.

WanderWork is deliberately small. Every partnership we take on is one we are prepared to stand behind — to the brand, to the talent, and to the audience that ultimately decides whether the collaboration was worth their attention. We are building this carefully, with the right people on both sides.
